Storage

The product is packed into poly boxes or plastic fish boxes with ice. Keep refrigerated at between 0ºC and 4ºC. This product is suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hrs of thawing and do not exceed best before date.
